This wine is made from 80% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc, the Semillon is fermented in a mixture of French and Austrian Oak Barrels for 10 months whilst the Sauvignon Blanc grape is fermented and kept in stainless steel tanks for the same period.

Lemongrass, grapefruit and a hint of toasty oak on the aromas. The palate has vibrant citrussy flavours, a lovely creamy texture and a long finish.

Great with white meats, fish or tiger prawns.
