The Domaine was set up in the 50’s in the the St Aubin appellation. A close knit family operation, the son Paul Sorine has gained much knowledge and experience from his time working in the Rhone, S.Africa and N.Zealand. This wine is has a rich and toasty palate with lovely vibrant citrus and crunchy granny smith apple flavours throughout.
