Made entirely from black grapes this is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier.

Rich and expressive with layers of dark red fruits, cherries, blackberry and plum, complemented by subtle notes of nutmeg, cooked strawberry, red apple and almond. Extended lees ageing contributes a fine creaminess and structural weight, enhancing complexity and leading to a clean, dry finish.
