Made from fruit produced in their own vineyards, and unusually a Rosé made by the Saignee method (bleeding off a portion of red wine juice after it’s been in contact with the skin and seeds).

Pale in colour with lovely English red berry and rhubarb flavours and a delicate creaminess. Dangerously dinkable!
