Amazing opulent red berry, blueberry fruits that leap out of the glass. There is this distinct cocoa dust, spice twist and concentrated raspberry fruit flavours with ripe tannins and a clean finish.
50% of the fruit has undergone carbonic maceration, the same winemaking process which Beaujolais is famed for creating bright fruit flavours and soft textural wines.
