‘Unbestechlich’ is German for: ‘Incorruptible’ so called because this is a wine made with no compromises. This is pure craftsmanship and a pure wine. Aromas of lemon grass, herb and stone like minerality. The palate is dry, herbal and has an unwavering concentrarion of fruit and this backbone of minerality which imparts sooo much texture, the finish is like biting into a fresh green apple…mouthwatering is the word! A wine that can easily age for two decades.
