‘Ungezahmt’ is German for ‘Untamed’. This Riesling is the untamed reflection of Sven’s experience in the wine world. Sven is a “YoungGun” winemaker who knows exactly what he is doing. He lives out his passion for wine untamed, adapts to no one, remains true to himself, and stays untouchable. This wine shows all that! Herbal, full of character, minerals, spices, and with a fine touch of oak.
