The gin is distilled in 140 bottle batches at Kinrara distillery in the Scottish highlands and is 45% abv.
The botanicals used are Juniper, Coriander, Liquorice, Angelica, Orange, Grapefruit, Cardamom, Grains of Paradise, Cassia and All Spice. The aim was to get something that’s pretty well balanced between juniper, citrus and spice. The All Spice and Grains of paradise are quite unusual botanicals and contribute most of the spice to the recipe.
