Hints of vanilla, aniseed and ginger cake, with a savoury edge of white pepper, peat and a tinge of citrus zest aroma. The palate has a complex flavour of light peat which develops into a richer, warmer smoke, buoyed by the vanilla, ginger, aniseed, citrus rind and tropical fruit notes on the finish.
