It’s not like those Aussie Chardonnays of the past, this is lighter, delicate even, with only a few months spent in oak barrels allowing the fruit flavours to steal the limelight. It’s an excellent alternative to good quality white Burgundy from France!

You’ll be drawn into the glass by aromas of zesty grapefruit, ‘dribble down your chin kind of ripe’ peaches, green apple and vanilla. Flavour-wise, it’s creamy and rich with an abundance of texture, grapefruit and lemon curd flavours, just a stroke of toasty oak and sweet spice before a refreshing finish, which will have you craving another glass.
