Grown on the hills of the village of Montblanc, in the heart of the Languedoc. Owners Frederick and Catherine encourage minimal intervention by working biodynamically, the grapes are grown without pesticides, harvested by hand and made without the addition of yeast or sulphites, this is a natural wine.
This is a delicious, complex and fresh style of Viognier. Honeyed, floral and pear aromas and a palate that is full bodied and rich in quince, honey, and peach characteristics. The palate is just juicy and vibrant….not forgetting to mention the really long finish it leaves on the palate.
