Grown on the hills of the village of Montblanc, in the heart of the Languedoc. Owners Frederick and Catherine encourage minimal intervention by working biodynamically, the grapes are grown without pesticides, harvested by hand and made without the addition of yeast or sulphites, this is a natural wine.
This wine is made up of 80% Grenache and 20% Carignan from 80 year old vines. This is a powerful black berry intense wine with a herby core and touch of eucalyptus, there is a fine tannin and a forest floor intensity on the finish.
