Grown on the hills of the village of Montblanc, in the heart of the Languedoc. Owners Frederick and Catherine encourage minimal intervention by working biodynamically, the grapes are grown without pesticides, harvested by hand and made without the addition of yeast or sulphites, this is a natural wine. 100% Syrah, Villa Sepia only produce 3000 bottles of this each vintage. This is dark, brooding black berry and morello cherry fruit aromas. The palate is opulent and carries soo many ripe, lucious black fruits but is balanced perfectly with freshness.
