Domaine Bott-Geyl converted their vineyards to be organic in 2000 and then biodynamic in 2002, which has seen these quality wines catapult themselves into the spotlight. A lovely full bodied, round and creamy mouthfeel with lots of aromatic fruit. It’s dry, elegant and well balanced. Drink with roasted white meats, lightly spiced cuisine or creamy cheeses.
