Pierrick Bouley is the 6th generation of the family to run the 12-hectare estate, his first vintage was 2014 and since then the wines have gone from strength to strength. Since then he has named as Young Vigneron of the named as Young Vigneron of the Year.
When I visited this Domaine in 2025 this is when Pierrick brought out the “Big Guns”. Aromas of truffle, cherries and herb, the palate was a phenomenal mouthwatering attack on the senses. Big opulent red fruits, delicate spice interwoven perfectly and hint of violet….just soft velvet and elegance in a glass, a masterpiece that reflects Pierrick’s artistry.
