From coastal vineyards in the Emporda region in the extreme North of Spain where the Pyrenees Mountains end into the Mediterranean sea. This new red is made solely from Grenache grapes grown on 40 year old vines and aged for just 3 months in old barrels to smooth the wine out.

It has got a lovely red cherry colour, stick your nose into the glass and you’ll pick up plenty of fruit; cherry, damson and raspberry plus hints of Mediterranean herbs such as oregano and sage. To taste it’s nice and fresh with more red fruit, silky smooth mouthfeel and good length. We recommend pairing with barbecued meats, pizza, pasta or pork.
