The wine is aptly named after the Latin name for silk, ‘Serica’. It’s an elaborately textured, full flavoured Viognier with bittersweet aromas of crystallised ginger, orange peel and cream. Rich stone fruit flavours are enhanced by elegant creamy oak, all perfectly balanced. There’s a lot of wine for your money here at just over £10! Try with scallops, garlic prawns or spicy Thai dishes.
