Named after the warm wind which blows over the Mediterranean, this white port is traditionally made with a foot trodden blend of classic white port grape varieties, aged in small oak vats. The port has a smooth feel, superb balance of ripe fruit, delicate acidity, refreshing crispness and and a glorious, lingering finish.
Serving suggestion: Drink poured over ice in a tall glass, topped up with tonic and a leaf of fresh mint (often called a Portonic) and accompany with salted almonds and olives.
