Grown on the hills of the village of Montblanc, in the heart of the Languedoc. Owners Frederick and Catherine encourage minimal intervention by working biodynamically, the grapes are grown without pesticides, harvested by hand and made without the addition of yeast or sulphites, this is a natural wine.
This wine is 100% Mourvedre and has seen carbonic maceration in the winemaking process helping to produce more opulent fruits and softer characteristics. Morello cherries, savoury hints and garrigue aromas and flavours, this is a soft and plush style of Mourvedre.
