Initially aged in ex-bourbon barrels, and finished in first fill Amarone wine barriques. The palate has subtle flavours of blackcurrant cordial, sultanas, liquorice, maraschino cherries, clove, cinnamon, milk chocolate, condensed milk, cranberries.
