Overall, this is a really pretty and refreshing wine that’s a great alternative to Sauvignon Blanc. Easy going, not complicated and the flavours are ripe and fresh, this has been described as a swimming pool wine – whether that means it’s perfect in the sunshine, reminiscent of holidays past, or its minerality is soo good it’s like swimming in a pool… you decide! 

Great on its own or with a variety of foods…versatile.
