This is Tio Pepe’s latest release of their flagship Fino sherry, their 17th edition. Made without clarification or filtration, this is a natural sherry bottled straight from the cask every Spring.

Tio Pepe en Rama 2026 shows pale golden colour with a gentle haze (evidence of flor remaining in suspension). The nose is intense and aromatic, with notes of coastal salinity, interwoven with hints of almond, chamomile, lemon, and freshly baked bread. On the palate, it is crisp, dry and beautifully savoury marked by it’s signature saline edge. The flavours are precise an layered – nutty, citrussy and delicately bitter in the classic fino style – leading to a long, mouthwatering finish.
